Tracking Your Order

- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, we encourage you to contact the shipping provider directly or contact us at info@opaldrop.com for assistance in filing a claim.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be subject to additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at info@opaldrop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
